White cells are differentiated by sheath-flow cytometry with tri-angle laser scatter across a dedicated DIFF and basophil optical channel; red cells and platelets are counted by impedance, and hemoglobin is measured cyanide-free. Whole-blood and pre-diluted modes each run CBC or CBC+DIFF at 60 samples per hour.
A 10.4-inch touchscreen presents 3 histograms and 3 DIFF + 1 BASO scattergrams, with one-click troubleshooting, abnormal-cell alarms, storage for up to 50,000 results, and LIS connectivity over HL7.
